GCSE Work Expereince Opportunities
Our GCSE Student Work Experience Program offers an engaging and educational opportunity for young students to explore the world of web design :
– Skill Based: Students’ projects will be tailored to their level of expertise, ensuring they gain the most from their time with us.
– Hands-On Projects: Students will primarily work on creating web forms, learning design principles and technical skills with access to our talented team of developers.
– Final Presentation: On Friday students will give a presentation of the work they have completed that week and what they feel they have learnt.
A-Level Work Experience Opportunities
Our A-Level Student Work Experience Program offers an in-depth, skill-based opportunity for students to dive into the world of web development :
– Skill-Based Learning: Students will be assigned tasks based on their skill levels to ensure they are challenged appropriately and can maximize their learning experience.
– Hands-On Project: Participants will work together to design and build a WordPress website, gaining practical experience in web development. They will be supported thought this process by our full stack of developers.
– Going Live: Students will gain a real sense of achievement taking part in this project as we aim to help them make a website ready to go live by the end of their week with us.
– Final Presentation: At the end of the program, students will present their website, sharing their process, challenges, and achievements with their peers and mentors.
Our goal after these placements is to keep in contact with our students thought their next steps and offer them the opportunity to come back for summer work or even a first job!
